Holiday season is full of chocolate, meat, and very enjoyable long meals. But I know that after a few days full of delicious things you want to taste something healthy. Something simple. Something light. Take a green cabbage, some olive oil, and that’s it!

Ingredients for 8 people
• 1 green cabbage
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper

1. Slice the cabbage into 8 equally sized parts.
2. Place the pieces of cabbage in a baking plate covered with parchment paper. Generously drizzle some olive oil on the cabbage. Add some salt and pepper.
3. Bake at 370°F until the cabbage is meltingly soft. It can take between 40 minutes and 1 hour depending on your oven!
