Emmy’s Brownies (aka Emily Scinto, Nurse Practitioner)
Ingredients
- ¼ lb. butter
- 8 squares of unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
Directions
- pre-heat oven to 350º
- Grease square brownie tin with butter
- Melt butter in a small glass dish; reserve
- Turn unsweetened squares seam up and microwave until melted
- Open the chocolate wrapping and scrape the contents into a mixing bowl
- Add melted butter and other ingredients listed above.
- Mix and pour batter into the greased tin
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the toothpick is clean
