The Corbitt Award recognizes exceptional service and leadership to improving the legal response to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and/or stalking by a lawyer from any area of practice.
Christine is a long-time friend and faculty member for the Commission on Domestic & Sexual Violence, which trains lawyers who represent gender-based violence survivors and provides resources to ensure victim safety, offender accountability and systemic reform. The Commission is the only national organization that focuses exclusively on improving the legal response to gender-based violence.
