Available on all of our lines, RATP offers an umbrella loan service to allow you to comfortably navigate the city despite bad weather. A downpour is coming at the exit of your station, and you went out without an umbrella? No problem: got to the reception No problem: go to the reception of participating stations to ask our agents to lend you one.
How it works ?
- Ask for an umbrella at the reception of our participating stations;
- Pay a deposit of €7 by bank card or in cash;
- Take advantage of the umbrella to make your city trips dry;
- Return the umbrella in good condition to one of the stations to collect your deposit.
Do you want to keep the umbrella? It’s possible ! In this case, RATP keeps your deposit of €7.
