Tali’s Mushroom Pâté

  • Use 3 Tbsp Canola Oil to sauté a large onion for 20 min until brown. Remove from heat.
  • Using the same pan (no need to wash) sauté 1 package of sliced white mushrooms (10 oz or more),
  • Add onions, mushrooms, ⅓ cup walnuts to a food processor (I use my mini), a pinch of kosher salt, a few grinds of pepper, 1 Tbsp amino acid or soy sauce, and process until smooth.
